Citizen Charter

Ansar deploys security for the organization:

Prerequisite:

1. Must be a government / non-governmental organization, not for personal security.

2. Legally valid business activities.

3. There will be no lawsuit against the ownership of the land of the establishment of the institution.

4. Ansar must have good facilities for housing, ie barracks, kitchen, water, electricity, toilet, fan, charpoy etc.

5. Ansar cannot be given in vacant land.

6. This condition does not apply to companies or companies (banks, insurance, other organizations) that have previously signed agreements.

Deployment process:

1. Collect application forms from the office of the District Commandant by the expected institution.

2. Complete the application form, along with the required documents, ie land / deployment documents and legal business papers, along with the pledge and deployment details (including photographs of Maine Gate, photos of the factory and barracks of the Ansar) must be submitted to the District Commandant's office.

3. Ansar members should have accommodation, toilet, toilet, kitchen and refrigerator in the concerned establishment.

4. After obtaining approval from the headquarters, Ansar will have to submit the same amount along with the District Commandant in advance through a pay-order / bank draft of money equal to the three month salary allowance.

5. There is no processing fee for deployment of Ansar.

Ansar Training:

By receiving this training, the members were able to fulfill their duties as general Ansar and qualify to become General Ansar. Ansar is selected for training on Ansar through physical examination and physical examination on the stipulated date. Usually circulars are circulated through newspapers. You can also get information at the Upazila Ansar and VDP offices.

Required Qualifications:

1. Have basic training in VDP.

2. Age: 3 years to 3 years (especially 25 years).

3. Height: Men should be at least 3 feet 5 inches and females should be at least 3 feet 2 inches.

4. Educational Qualification: Higher education will be given to the upper eighth grade side.

5. Must have national identity card.

6. Must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.

7. Must be physically and mentally healthy.

8. There will be no adverse comment on police verification.

9. There is no processing fee.

VDP Training :

If the members receive this training, they will be eligible to receive general Ansar training and all vocational training conducted by the forces and will have the opportunity to get 5% quota of Ansar-VDP quota for government service.

Required Qualifications:

1. Age: 3 years to 5 years.

2. Height: Men should be at least 3 feet 5 inches and females should be at least 3 feet 2 inches.

3. Educational Qualification: Higher education will be given to the upper eighth grade side.

4. Must have national identity card.

5. Must be a permanent citizen of Bangladesh.

6. Must be physically and mentally healthy.

7. There will be no adverse comment on police verification.

8. The concerned Upazila Ansar and VDP office have to be contacted to receive training

9. There is no processing fee.

Village VDP Basic Training (Male and Female):

Through this training, the members of the village defense team learned about VDP organization and were able to serve as members of the VDP platoon.

Rules:

1. Two platoons consisting of 12 men and 12 women from the respective villages were officially trained.

2. The training is conducted at a convenient location in the village for a period of five (ten) business days.

3. The trainee has to be at least 8th grade.

4. The minimum age of the trainee is 5 and maximum is 5 years.

5. Training allowance is provided to the trainees at a fixed rate.

6. From the training allowance received at the end of the training, 3 shares of Ansar-VDP Development Bank worth Rs 5 / - have to be purchased.

7. The trainee is given a certificate at the end of training.

8. Members of one village are not trained in another village.

9. The district commandant selected the village as per the recommendation of the Ansar and VDP officer before the start of the financial year.

10. Through this training, VDP male and female platoons are reconstructed.

11. There is no processing fee.

Vocational & Technical Training:

In addition to basic training, an Ansar-VDP member / member gets the opportunity to become self-sufficient through professional training and creates opportunities for self-employment. Various types of professional and technical training are conducted every year at Ansar and VDP organizations.

Eligibility:

1. Must have basic training in VDP.

2. At least SSC should be educational qualification for basic computer, motor driving and mobile phone sets repair and maintenance training.

3. In other trainings, there should be at least 8th grade teacher training.

4. The concerned Upazila Ansar and VDP offices will have to be contacted for training.

5. There is no processing fee.

Vocational Training:

1. Basic Computer Training

2. Motor Driving Training

3. Electrician Training

4. Training and repair of mobile phone sets

5. Training in sewing and fashion design

6. Garment training

7. Refrigerator and air conditioning repair training

8. Sweater knitting training

9. Training in automatics

10. Sewing and fashion training

Technical training:

1. Training in automatics

2. Training in setting tiles

3. Construction painting training

4. Training in Masonry and Rod Binding

5. Welding 3G training

6. Plumbing & Pipe Fitting Training

7 Mobile Phone Servicing Training

8. Electrical house wiring training

9. Refrigerator and air conditioning training

Certificate Receipt:

1. Apply along with the District Commandant.

2. Written recommendation on the application by the concerned Upazila Ansar and VDP officer.

3. The following documents should be submitted along with the application form -

     * Photocopy of training certificates

     * Photocopy of Citizenship Certificate by the Chairman

     * Photocopy of national identity card

     * All the above documents should be displayed in the enclosure.

     * There is no processing fee.

Advantages of Ansar and VDP Members:

1. Trained member-members will get a quota of 5% in public service.

2. If any Ansar member dies while on duty, then one-time donation of Rs.

3. Financial contributions for treatment of sick members.

4. To provide scholarships to boys and girls of the members.

5. To provide financial subsidy for the marriage of the members to the daughter.

6. Members of the bodyguard Ansar will receive on-the-job ration materials.

7. Members of the armed forces will receive the dress, boots, helmets, nigerards, etc., assigned to the force.

8. Bangladesh Ansar Medal / Bangladesh VDP Medal / Presidential Medal / Ansar Seva Medal for socio-economic development will be received and one-time / monthly cash prize will be awarded.
